Cross-Country

Nothing beats a muddy cross country race on a cold and wet winter afternoon! This is a big focus of our winter season and a great way of bringing the whole club together. We participate in the East District Cross-Country League against all the clubs in the East of Scotland from Galashiels to Aberdeen. The league consists of 3 events - Oct, Nov, Jan - with races for U11 upwards. Our U11 Boys are the reigning champions having won the 2023/24 title in January!

We also participate in the East District and National Relays and the East District and National Championships too.

For the 2024/25 season, Cross-Country age categories are based on your age as of 31st August 2024

• Under 11: Born 1 Sept 2013 – 31 Aug 2015
• Under 13: Born 1 Sept 2011 – 31 Aug 2013
• Under 15: Born 1 Sept 2009 - 31 Aug 2011
• Under 17: Born 1 Sept 2007 - 31 Aug 2009
• Under 20: Born 1 Jan 2005 - 31 Aug 2007
