Hill Races
Scottish Athletics organises a junior hill running league, for U13s up to U20s, that includes a range of races from all over the country. You need to complete 3 or more races to complete the series. We aim to support this as much as possible and encourage our juniors to take part in as many of the races as they can. These races are marked with an *(U20) or **(U13/U15/U17) below.
Note that age categories for hill running are different to cross-country and track and field as follows.
- U20 (born 2006–2008)
- U17 (born 2009-2010)
- U15 (born 2011-2012)
- U13 (born 2013-2014)
- U11 (born after 2014)
