CRIEFF 10K SUNDAY 7TH JULY 2024 - INFORMATION FOR RUNNERS
- Our aim is to put on an enjoyable race across varied terrain in the beautiful Strathearn countryside.

- Timing for the race is chip-to-chip. All entries completed before midday on 21st June will have been sent your race number with attached timing chip by post, unless we have advised you otherwise. These are race numbers 1 - 271. Remember to bring your race number with attached timing chip!
- If you have not received your race number please email enquiries@strathearnharriers.org.uk
- Entries completed after midday on 21st of June, race numbers 272 - 313 will need to collect their number from our helpdesk on race day.
- There will be no requirement for registration, we will provide a helpdesk from 10:00 to assist with any querries. The race will start promptly at 11:00.
- We will be providing changing facilities in addition to toilet facilities. The entrance to these facilities will be by way of the doors on the right hand side of the pavillion.
- We will again be using chip-to-chip timing. Please follow instructions for self-seeding in the starting area to ensure a safe and efficient start to the race.
- There will be one water station at around the 5k mark.
- Once across the finishing line you will be able to collect water, a banana and a race day memento.
- There are ground works taking place in the car parking area, please pay attention to the parking marshalls' instructions to ensure you park safely.
- Please use the car parking provided at Dallerie (what3words) in preference to the public car parking at MacRosty Park.
- After the event we will be offering the Strathearn Harriers Crieff 10k buffet, we very much hope you’ll be able to join us! We're aiming to reduce the ammount of plastic used and waste produced at the event. To help us do this please bring your own drinking vessel and plate along.
- We aim to hold a prize giving at around 12:30 with the following prizes:
- 1st M £50 & Bottle Glenturret*; 2nd M £40; 3rd M £30
- 1st VM40 £25; 2nd VM40 £20
- 1st VM50 £25; 2nd VM50 £20
- 1st VM60 £25; 1st VM70 £25
- 1st U18M £25
- 1st F £50 & Bottle Glenturret*; 2nd F £40; 3rd F £30
- 1st VF40 £25; 2nd VF40 £20
- 1st VF50 £25; 2nd VF50 £20
- 1st VF60 £25; 1st VF70 £25

- M new course record £50; F new course record £50
- There are also prizes for winning teams (male/female, first 3 to count)
- *The Bottle Glenturret will only be awarded to over 18s
- During the 10k there will be the Crieff Junior Mile Race for children under 16. Entry £2 on the day only. Under 7s to be accompanied by an adult. Cut-offs will apply to avoid incoming 10k runners.
