Track & Field
We are keen to give our juniors the opportunity to take part in track and field competition and have identified a number of events that our athletes can enter. The Open/Open Graded events and Sprint Galas aim to seed races, not by age but by estimated times. This means that no matter what your performance level is, you should get a good race which will help you to a new PB! They are all very friendly and welcoming events and are a great place to start.
For the 2025/26 season (starting with the indoor track events over the winter), age categories change to "under even" based on your age as of 31st December 2026.
- Under 12: Born 2015 and 2016
- Under 14: Born 2013 and 2014
- Under 16: Born 2011 and 2012
- Under 18: Born 2009 and 2010
- under 20: Born 2007 and 2008
