Monklands half marathon
Race Date: 20 April 2025
John Myles was our representative at the Monklands Half Marathon.
From John: Well organised run, very tough and challenging though so happy with my effort, a run of two halves: the hill at 10km took my momentum away and the last 1.5km makes the hill at Alloa half look easy.
John finished in 67th place, out of 227 to complete the course, in a time of 1:44:08.
The race was won by Oscar Coetzee of Bellahouston Road Runners in 1.13.10.
