Nairn Triathlon

Thanks to Mags Gough for the following race report: In the spirit of becoming a multi-disciplinary club(!) I took part in the Nairn Standard Triathlon today. 3rd vet female home with a PB in the bike and second fastest 10k to date. Seriously tough conditions in the swimming and very windy throughout! Bloody chuffed! Thanks to all of you for helping me to run just that bit faster!
A standard triathlon measures 1.5km swim (this one was in the sea!), 36km bike and 10km run. Mags' total time was 3.04.06, with a 1.06.14 time for her 10km.
