Not content with watching their sons excel at the Birnam Hill Classic juniors race in the morning, Ralph and Hanna McInally went west to Fife for the Norman’s Law hill race. This is a very cute wee race, starting and finishing in the hamlet of Luthrie, starting on nice trails west, with a sharp ascent to the Iron Age hill fort on the top of Norman’s Law and a fine descent back into Luthrie. The race is one of Fife AC’s numerous summer races.
Ralph McInally was first Harrier home (and first non-Fife AC runner) in 31.23, for 4th position overall, and Hanna was first woman in 35.47. The men’s race was won by Logan Rees of Fife AC in 28.40.
