Salomon Skyline Aonach Mor Anarchy

After a difficult summer, Ian Davidson made a great return to racing at the Salomon Skyline Aonach Mor Anarchy race. This is "a leg burning ascent of Aonach Mòr followed by sharp descent on technical mountain bike trails", covering 11.7km in distance and 570m of ascent, starting and finishing at the Aonach Mor ski centre near Fort William.
Ian completed the race in a fine time of 1.29.13, to finish 57th overall and 2nd in his age category.
The race was won by David Bunn of Carnethy in 51.35, and there were 85 finishers.
