Snow running Glenshee

The Snow Running event at Glenshee takes in three Munros, two on the west side of the ski centre and one on the east side and covers a distance of 11.5km with an ascent of 950m, on snow, starting at sunset, and running into the night. So, definitely a race with a difference.
Five Harriers took on the challenge, with considerable success. Jonathan Marks was first Harrier home in 3rd place overall, with a time of 1.09.31. Harrison Cunnah finished in 7th position in 1.19.31, followed closely by Nick Gough in 8th position (2nd M40) in 1.21.22. In 10th position and 1st woman was Hanna McInally in 1.22.33, with Dave Dowse rounding out the Harriers quintet in 20th position overall (5th M40) in 1.28.22.
The race was won by Tom Spencer of Glasgow Uni Hares and Hounds in a very impressive 58.26. There were 105 finishers.
