Mhor 84 10k

The Mhor 84 10k is another popular Tay Fitness event, starting and finishing at the Mhor 84 Motel, with stunning views along the route between Balquhidder, Lochearnhead and back again along cycle route 7.
Many thanks to John Myles for the following race report: Myself and Colin Carnson ran the Mhor 84 10k today. Extremely well organised and run event with buses getting you to the start line from Lochearnhead. It was a mixed bag with the weather: rain to start with, then I can’t remember if it was still raining while my head was down running the hills. I have never run it before and if I knew about the hill at 5k I probably wouldn’t have run it! It’s a great route and gives a great workout - I must admit I enjoyed it. It's a very challenging route. I also met Jim Nicol and Lorraine Nicol who were running in the 2nd wave
Finish times were John Myles 49:50 (78th), Colin Carnson 60:29 (245th), Jim Nicol 71:03 (385th) and Lorraine Nicol 71:04 (386th). There were 464 finishers.
The race was won by Aaron Hibbert in 37.01, and the women's race was won by Clare White in 39.56.
