Thanks to Janine Grant for the following race report: Five speedy Harriers flying the blue and white flag across in Linlithgow this afternoon for the latest Flat ‘n Fast 5k around the West Lothian Cycle Circuit. Harris, Andrew, James, Oliver and Ethan took on the challenge in very windy conditions; Oliver’s heat was made even more tricky with the rain lashing down as well! Despite the conditions, great effort all round with 3 big PBs, 2 near misses and top spot on the podium in the fastest heat for Harris.
